The Spectrex SharpEye 40/40C-LB is the latest model UV/IR flame detector and is part of the next generation SharpEye 40/40 series.
The Spectrex SharpEye 40/40C-LB is capable of detecting both Hydrocarbon fuel and gas fires, as well as hydrogen flames, Metal and inorganic flames. The Spectrex SharpEye 40/40C-LB works with an integrated UV and optical IR sensor and together and with the proven record of false alarm immunity they keep a SharpEye on your Safety.

Features
The Spectrex SharpEye 40/40C-LB UV/IR flame detector is an economical and affordable solution that is typically used and suitable for indoor applications with limited detection distances such as machinery spaces, process equipment. Because of the high quality, SIL 3 approval and MTBF of over 150.000 hours this model can operate in safety critical applications.
Because of the large variety of substances with an FM performance approval it makes this model suitable for indoor applications where flames in proximity needs to be detected. Currently the Spectrex 40/40C-LB is used in many indoor safety critical applications where reliable detection is required.
