The Sensia Thermal Imaging Flare Efficiency Monitor – Agni is the most advanced 24/7 monitoring system available on the market and specially designed for the surveillance of pilot flames and flared gases.

The Agni performance lets RedLook, the Sensia AI monitoring software, to enable exhaustive monitoring and real-time alerting. This Redlook software is highly versatile, allowing to configure several Regions of Interest (RoI) within the area to be monitored. And to each one of them, any functionality can be assigned, granting a total and safe surveillance of the installation
The system architecture as well as the image processing algorithms meet the HSE (Health, Safety and the Environment) requirements of the industry. The Sensia RedLook AI monitoring software is fully compatible with traditional surveillance systems, taking safety and security to a new level.
The model Agni is a flare efficiency monitoring solution. This device monitors flares from distances up to 250 meters and provides the percentage of burning efficiency. The technology is based on combining two spectral inputs (CO2 and CH4) that are generated by their own high quality thermal lenses. Overlapping these two spectral images focusing only on CO2 and unburned VOC’s makes this unit the most accurate on the market.
